Brewmaster Program
From loving coffee to making and understanding coffee—refine your craft through practice.
The Brewmaster Program uses Room 306 as a real serving space. To date, it has hosted 30+ sessions and produced over 500 cups, covering espresso, pour-over and creative drinks.
Hands-on Serving
From grinding, weighing, extraction to latte art, participants experience the full workflow and develop operational intuition.
Flavor Understanding
By adjusting grind size, water temperature and brew ratio, participants learn how extraction parameters shape the cup and develop their own brewing logic.
