The club regularly hosts the ZJU Coffee Club Hand-drip Competition and Creative Coffee Competition, providing a stage for members and campus coffee lovers to demonstrate skills and exchange ideas.
Hand-drip Competition
Competitors are judged on brewing stability, flavor expression and on-stage presentation, presenting the best cup under set conditions.
Creative Coffee Competition
Using coffee as a base, participants blend flavor creativity and drink design to explore coffee's potential in creative beverages.
